ARTIST PROFILE: Chu Weibor
Chu Weibor, born in 1929 in Nanjing. Studied painting in Liao Chichun’s “Yunho Studio” in 1953, a member of the “Painting Association of the East”, Chu Weibor currently lives and works in Taipei. His selected solo exhibitions include: Sunyata: Chu Wei-bor Solo Exhibition (Kuandu Museum of Fine Arts, Taipei, 2012), Retrospective Exhibition: Chu Wei-Bor (Taipei Fine Arts Museum, Taipei, 2005), Chu Weibor Solo Exhibition (Bechtel International Center of Stanford University, Stanford, 1971).
